How counting works
Understandable limits and reversible changes
Capacity applies where it affects operations without deleting history.
Arrival month
A booking consumes capacity in its arrival month, not the month when it was created.
Cancellations excluded
Cancelled bookings are excluded from the monthly limit.
Active rates only
Inactive rates can remain stored; the limit applies to those available for use.
Reversible downgrade
Excess units or rates are suspended without deleting their data or history.

Does a cancelled booking use quota?
No. Bookings with cancelled status are excluded from the monthly count.
What if a booking moves to another month?
Moving an active booking validates capacity in the new arrival month.
Does the owner count as an additional user?
No. The owner is included and does not consume an additional-user seat.
What happens if I downgrade?
Excess units and active rates are suspended reversibly; their history is not deleted.
Do plans charge a booking commission?
Checkin.coffee adds no per-booking commission. Each plan defines monthly and total capacity.
